How we are addressing unmet medical needs
Valneva has in recent years transformed its governance structure, moving from a two-tier model to a more standard one-tier model led by a Board of Directors.
Valneva’s Board of Directors, composed of highly skilled members with complementary experiences in the life sciences industry, participates actively in reviewing the Company’s strategic opportunities and setting direction, together with the Executive Committee.
