Protecting Lives

We invest in R&D to develop first-,only– or best in class vaccines for unmet medical needs, prioritizing universal access and improving trust in vaccine safety.​

In 2026, we want to expand access to Valneva’s single-shot chikungunya vaccine in Low and Middle Income Countries by enabling local manufacturing and access through technology transfers. We are also proud of the strides made in the fight against antimicrobial resistance and for health resilience through infection prevention by vaccines.

Reaching People

We rely on a workforce that is diverse, engaged and committed to ethical practices and equipped with essential skills.​

We are proud that all our employees have participated in performance and career reviews and 60% of our workforce is made up of women and 50% of top leadership positions also being held by women.

Preserving the Planet

We emphasize the importance of minimizing the company´s environmental impact, promoting ethical practices in animal testing, and with an assessment of new components and material compositions.
